how to get rid of stress for board exams

The board examinations have begun and the tension absorbing in the tens of thousands of students taking it is all too conspicuous.

So I decided to sort it out by taking out ideas from my friends how to ease out the pressure.

The first thing many should avoid is that last minute preparation, suddenly forgetting the lessons learnt, fearing about the exams too much which will lead to disaster. Many have experienced it. So get rid of that first.

If a student is so concerned about his exams just take a time out before attending the exam. Always enter the exam hall with the right frame of mind. Don’t ever go inside in negative thinking. Be confident and write confidently.

But in many cases as the student who are going for a board exam, all of them being teenagers they may get tensed. So in such cases, if parents calm down their wards by patting their back and telling them that it doesn’t really matte how they fare, because thy have studied hard and will surely recall the lessons during the exam could help calm down the student.

The best thing to get rid out of the stress is do some breathing exercise early in the morning. It helps you the best.

Another technique it that guided imaginary in which the parent has to participate.

The stressed child is told to imagine he or she is in a beautiful green garden, feel the cool green grass below their feet and think they are taking a walk. This really eases out the pressure.

So take care of your health before the exams.

That is quite important, because fever or any other stuff should not ruin you.

The three-month long tour Down Under could not have ended on a better message for India. An implausible 2-0 win over the World Champions in the CB series marks the young Indian team’s announcement in world cricket as a force to surmise with.

Sachin Tendulkar scored a outstanding 91 and pace man Praveen Kumar went on to bag four wickets as the tourists followed up Sunday's six-wicket win in Sydney with a exciting victory at the Gabba in Brisbane.

It was a remarkable display by the Indians, who not only conquered the mighty Australians in their own den but also brought about a happy ending to a turbulent tour, marked by a racism row involving Harbhajan Singh and other players..

India entered the finals of a tri-series Down Under in 1986, 1992 and 2004 but never won a single match on any of those occasions.

Having won the Sydney final on Sunday, Dhoni did most things right on Tuesday, including calling the toss and reading the pitch. Against popular theory, he retained Chawla in the side while bringing in Sreesanth for the injured Ishant Sharma.

The good thing about the Dhoni team is they never seem to get anxious by the opponents, pressure situations. They believe in themselves, never shy away from responsibilities and play a fearless cricket.
