SWINE FLU HITS WEST INDIES,FIRST ODI CANCELLED

After the dreadful exit from T20 world cup,india was hoping to win the west indies tour to regain their supremacy .But to india's misfortune ,H1N1 swine flu has attacked the west indies. The high alert has been called on for indian players since it is contagious...so the BCCI has annouced that the first odi against west indies and india ,which supposed to be on 26.6.2009 has been cancelled.further reports about the tournament has not been revealed ..indian's are keeping their fingers crossed for the further proceedings of the tournament...

INDIA SQUAD FOR WEST INDIES TOUR

The 16 member squad for the tour of west indies has been announced...Master blaster sachin tendulkar and zaheer khan are left out of the squad due to injury..sachin picked up an injury during new zealand tour while zaheer got injured in the ipl..the young suresh raina also misses out due to an hairline fracture in his right thumb..the young lad from mumbai abhishek nayar and the experienced aashish nehra get a look in after their impressive performances in the IPL-2..Dinesh karthik too regains his spot in the team...
